A long time student of the market, an independent broker, and a skilled negotiator with over 24 years of experience, I have overseen or closed over 800 real estate and real estate loan transactional sides totaling over a half of a billion dollars.  Each month, I write/publish the Laguna Beach Real Estate Magazine, produce the video series A Broker's Take on the Laguna Beach Real Estate Market, and update/post 25+ Laguna Beach real estate charts on my website.

Prior to entering real estate, I graduated with a BA in economics from CSUSB, studied at Waseda University in Tokyo, traveled around the world, and worked as a commodities futures broker for 14 years.  I live in Laguna Beach and have lived in Orange County for most of my adult life.  I am, also, an amateur artist and historian.
